We ship across India. All orders include free shipping — no minimum order required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. During sale periods or high demand, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Partner
We ship through Shiprocket, which uses multiple courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.) to ensure the fastest delivery to your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order from your Account page. You will also receive tracking details via email.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will make up to 3 attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to rearrange delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to protect your crystals during transit. Fragile items (crystal carvings, sculptures) are wrapped with extra protection. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
