Return Window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 96738 50044 with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return address
- Ship the item back (return shipping is at customer's expense unless the item was defective)
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For online payments, it typically takes 5–7 business days to appear in your account. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different product of equal or higher value, contact us on WhatsApp. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
